Obesity (Medoroga) is explained as an excess of body fat, and is different to being excess weight which may be connected to muscle, bone or body water. Around the globe, obesity is unfortunately a very common and growing concern. Now, obesity has become an epidemic.

Diet and regimen
Avoid all objects that contain sugar from diet
Take plenty of green vegetables, black gram, soy, fish etc
Intake of citric acid content food items, may be taken as and when needed
Take barley soaked in a triphala decoction overnight, then mixed with honey and eaten several times a day
Reduce fats, especially butter and ghee from diet
